Family Office

$1,000 - $20,000/Mo

Bloomwood often acts as a family office for individuals and families with $5,000,000 or more net worth, providing most or all of the services listed in the Pick and Choose section. To keep things simple for our clients, Bloomwood charges a flat fee for this service.  Pricing is based first on tangible value creation and second on complexity.

Wealth Management

1% for $1,000,000+ Managed.  1.50% if Less

For individuals and families with $750,000+ of investable assets that would benefit for most or all of the services in the Pick and Choose section.

Every person and family has different needs and desires.  At Bloomwood, we aim to offer services with simple fees.  Our compensation for serving you should match your goals, needs, and desires.  Take a look at our services below.

Get Organized - $250/hr Billy comes to your house with a big box with labeled folders and sub-folders to house all of your important financial, health, personal, and family documents. As documents go into the box, they are scanned and uploaded to your very own online Document Vault. Rest easy knowing that should something happen to you, your next of kin will have easy access to everything physically AND digitally with the guiding hand of Bloomwood. You and your family retain access to the digital Document Vault FOREVER for no additional charge. Financial Plan - $1,000 to $50,000 Depending on Complexity, $350/hr for Updates. Bloomwood builds you and your family a step-by-step guide to financial prosperity. Investment Management - 0.25% - 0.75% Depending on Complexity Professional money management. Exit Planning/Business Consulting - $1,500 - $10,000/Mo. Depending on Complexity Quarterly, monthly business metric and valuation scorecard, ongoing support for growing your business for valuation. Investment Banking Bloomwood has deep connections with a number of business brokers, M&A Advisors, and Investment Bankers. We are happy to connect you. Family Wealth Conversations - $250/hr. We create a friendly environment to explore: What money means to each family member. Questions and feelings regarding inheritance, legacy, and expectation. How to set yourself up for financial success at a young age, and much more.

Basic Plan - Greater of $100/Mo. or 0.20% of AUM No frills, no fuss.  Also very cheap and likely simpler to administer than your current plan setup.  We will meet once a year to make sure nothing is wrong with the plan. Frontier Investment Package - Greater of $150/Mo. or 0.15% of AUM Participants gain access to investment options that are not available in 90% of plans nationwide, such as the NASDAQ index, sector-specific indexes (Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductor, etc.) SecureSave Package - Greater of $150/Mo. or 0.15% of AUM Ensure that employees have access to emergency savings using SecureSave! This easy to use, cutting edge, massively beneficial tool is proven to enhance employee productivity by increasing financial security. HENRY Financial Planning

1% of Income

HENRY = High Earner, Not Rich Yet.  For individuals and families earning $400,000+ annually that would benefit from financial planning but don't have significant investable assets yet.
